Tämäkin päivä on kulunut purkutöissä, ja homma eteneekin ihan mukavasti. Purkamatta on lähinnä enää eteisen komerot ja seinässä olevat levytykset. Keittiössä uskalsin kokeilla linoleumin irrottamistakin ja se lähtikin yllättävän helposti, joten taidan repiä sen pois kaikkialta, jotta saamme uuden lattian alle tasaisen pinnan. 60-luvulla on muuten käytetty aika reilusti isoja nauloja ja ruuveja kaiken kiinnittämisessä. Ei ole ajateltu, että joku haluaa joskus vaikka purkaa verhokoteloinnit, sillä tiukkaa teki, että saatiin ne irti, ja mukana lähti melkoisia paloja seinää.

In the 60's they really did a good work attacking everything with big nails and screws, the problem is only getting the panels off and if you do, you also get big pieces of cement off the walls.
