(IT) Durante il fine settimana abbiamo fatto a casa un paio di cose che aspettavano già da un po'. Abbiamo attaccato una lampadina sulla parete dell'ingresso per liberare il ripiano del mobile. È bello poterci posare le cose quando arriviamo a casa. Il cavo della lampada appende in modo rilassato ma era l'unica soluzione possibile visto che nel muro non c'è impianto elettrico per una lampada da parete. Abbiamo appeso anche il bronzo che non aveva ancora trovato un posto adatto in questa casa. Non so perché ma il bronzo era situato nell'ingresso anche nelle nostre due case precedenti. A proposito del mobile, penso che diventerà a qualche punto nero. Ci sono un po' troppe sfumature diverse del marrone nello stesso spazio e secondo me il mobile sarebbe anche più elegante in nero.
(EN) During the weekend we did a couple of things at home that had been on the to-do list for a while. We attached a wall lamp in the entry hall so that there's more free space on the sideboard. It's really nice to be able to put things down when you arrive at home. The cord is hanging on the wall in a relaxed way but there was really no other solution since the the wall has no electric wiring for a wall lamp.We also hung on the wall a bronze statue that hadn't found it's place yet. At the end it always seems to end up in the entry hall wall since this is already the third house the same thing happens. By the way, I'm pretty sure that I want to paint the sideboard black. There's too many different shades of brown in the same space and I think the sideboard would also look much more elegant once painted black.
